Exion Hydrogen develops and manufactures containerized pressurized water electrolyzers for reliable on-site hydrogen generation.

Our focus is straightforward: supplying hydrogen where industry needs it, with systems engineered for reliability, durability and stable long-term operation.

Combining decades of electrolyzer engineering experience with proprietary alkaline and PEM technology platforms, Exion Hydrogen develops systems around the requirements of industrial users. Our portfolio includes the HyGGe™ 100A alkaline electrolyzer, producing up to 100 Nm³/h of hydrogen at 30 barg, and the HyGGe™ 500P PEM electrolyzer, designed for higher hydrogen output and highly dynamic operation.

Both platforms share one engineering philosophy: reliable hydrogen production depends on the complete system. Gas quality, pressure stability, thermal management, component selection, system integration and maintainability matter throughout the equipment’s lifetime, alongside stack efficiency.

Our systems are particularly suited to industrial users looking to produce hydrogen directly at the point of consumption, serving applications such as hydrogenation, glass manufacturing, metallurgy, heat treatment and chemical production, as well as mobility and energy applications.
