JETRO is a government-related organization that works to promote mutual trade and investment between Japan and the world. Originally established in 1958 to promote Japanese exports abroad, JETRO also promotes foreign direct investment into Japan and helps Japanese SMEs expand their businesses overseas. JETRO also contributes to activities and trade policies of Japanese companies through surveys and research with its 76 overseas offices in 56 countries and 52 offices in Japan.
JETRO is organizing the Japan Pavilion at European Hydrogen Week, with 12 companies and 3 government-related organizations.
EU-Japan Hydrogen platform
On the occasion of the signing of MOC between JH2A and Hydrogen Europe, JETRO launch “EU-Japan Hydrogen Platform” to promote collaboration between Japanese and European businesses. European companies wishing to do Hydrogen business with Japan are invited to utilize our services “Japan Innovation Bridge(J-Bridge)” and “Invest Japan”. JETRO will enhance support by providing related information, business matching and dispatching business delegations.
